David Kuo's Ph.D research on Startup Cluster & Startup Ecosystem Development
I am a 6th year iPHD student at NTHU and obtained my ph.d candidate qualification in Jan 2023.
My research focuses on the role of cluster operator in creating a grass-rooot startup ecosystem and building an inclusive cluster in Singapore, Taiwan and Japan.
